Your full retreat agenda will be shared closer to the event as we put the finishing touches on what promises to be a truly special day.

For now, we're delighted to introduce your facilitators: Sam Bell, Tracy Morris, and Maria Webb. Together, they bring a wealth of experience in education, facilitation, wellbeing, and personal growth. Each is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing space where you can pause, reconnect, learn, and flourish.

This isn't just a day to enjoy in the moment—it's an opportunity to enJOY new experiences and leave with practical, evidence-informed tools and meaningful strategies that you can weave into your everyday life, both at work and at home.

Our hope is that you'll return feeling refreshed, inspired, and empowered to create more joy and balance in the months ahead. In ALL areas of your life, work, home, and relationships.

A detailed agenda and your beautifully designed retreat workbook will be sent to you closer to the event, giving you everything you need to make the most of your experience.

Overnight Accommodation (Folk Tree Lodge)

Rooms all feature rustic charm and artistic craftsmanship with a Queen Bed. We do have x1 room with a King Bed and another with bunk beds (deal for non-couples sharing). They all have access to x2 shared bathrooms with either a shower or jetted tub and are on the main level. Workshops and healing events will be held in the Sunroom or Main Hall, and a Continental Breakfast and Snacks will be available in the fully equipped kitchen and dining areas. You have easy access to the forested patio and fire pit and will be encouraged to explore the peaceful surroundings.

Do you have a friend or partner in mind to share this experience with? This option provides you with a $40 discount just for sharing your room! Our rooms all feature rustic charm and artistic craftsmanship with a Queen Bed. We do have x1 room with a King Bed and another with bunk beds (ideal for non-couples sharing). *Make sure to text 403.991.1338 if you want to reserve the King or Bunk Beds!! They all have access to x2 shared bathrooms with either a shower or jetted tub and are on the main level. Workshops and healing events will be held in the Sunroom or Main Hall just a short walk from your room! Continental Breakfast and Snacks will be available in the fully equipped kitchen and dining areas.
