Cancellation Policies

At Sam Bell Inspired, we understand that circumstances can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel purchases, memberships, bookings and services offered through Sam Bell Inspired, Burnout to Joy and the Joy Collective.
Please review the terms relevant to your purchase before completing your booking.
Online Courses and Digital Programmes
Once access to an online course or digital programme has been provided, you may stop participating at any time. However, stopping participation does not automatically cancel any outstanding payment obligations under an agreed payment plan.
Where a course is offered on a subscription basis, you may cancel future recurring payments in accordance with the subscription terms provided at checkout.
Any course-specific cancellation or withdrawal conditions will be disclosed on the relevant sales page.
Joy Collective Membership
You may cancel your Joy Collective membership at any time through the available account or subscription management process, or by contacting us at [your contact email address].
Unless otherwise stated in your membership agreement:
- Your cancellation will prevent future recurring membership charges once it takes effect.
- Your access to membership benefits will ordinarily continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or specified in the applicable membership terms.
- You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date to avoid the next scheduled charge.

Coaching and Private Sessions
If you need to cancel or reschedule a private coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session, except where required by law or agreed otherwise.
If you need to reschedule due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
Any package-specific terms agreed at the time of purchase will also apply.
Workshops, Retreats and Live Events
Cancellation terms for workshops, retreats and live events will be provided at the time of booking.
Depending on the event, these terms may include:
- Cancellation deadlines for receiving a full or partial refund.
- Deposit and instalment payment conditions.
- Fees or deductions associated with cancellations.
- Whether a booking can be transferred to another participant.
- Arrangements if the event is postponed or cancelled by the organiser.
Because venues, accommodation, catering and other event costs may be committed in advance, cancellation terms may differ between events.

Cancellations by Sam Bell Inspired
If Sam Bell Inspired needs to cancel a course, coaching session, workshop or event, we will communicate with affected participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, we may offer rescheduling, an alternative service or a refund in accordance with the relevant booking terms and applicable law.

- The service, membership or event you wish to cancel.
- Your order or booking reference, if available.
- Your requested cancellation date.
Please retain any confirmation of your cancellation for your records.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The applicable terms for an existing purchase will be determined by the agreement and disclosures applicable to that purchase, subject to any legal requirements.
